HI Friends,
I amusing Just Dial from last 7 years. Initially the services were very helpful but as the day progress the information which we get was very outdated and very old. Whenever I call the customer support team the representative are very polite and quick nut the information which they send are 90% of no use.
Information which are sent to use I very old because when we start calling the number which we get people say they are no longer in business or the number is no longer in service and most of the time they don't answer the phone and it keeps on ringing.
Went we call they the response we get are very quick because as soon as we disconnect the phone the information is sent via SMS or email as we prefer so that part is good.
They will always promote the app which they have design but the app is very pathetic and will give you robotic responses I have sent several feedback which I was been told they are upgrading and they same goes with the website.
Overall I was say the concept is good but they need be more updated and keep on researching!
