JustDial.com cheats people by not posting negative feedback that they receive on advertisers because they are getting paid from these crooks. I gave a negative feedback on a packers and movers and the next day I got a call from justdial asking why I have given a -ve feedback. I explained my reasons(i have mentioned my experience with the packers and movers in later paragraphs) to a customer care executive and she tried to arrange a conference call with the packers & movers. But the packers & movers' guy didn't pick up the call. So she told me that it will be posted on the website as the party has not responded to our call.
Till date I see only one positive review(the one which I trusted and I believe it's a false one) and my ratings have still not appeared on the page. People are being disguised by justdial as they are not getting the fair and unbiased reviews/ratings on advertisers. Justdial is just minting money from advertisers and helping cheaters in looting customers.
Why I gave a negative feedback?I was looking for a packers and movers and I tried JustDial.com. Within minutes, I received quotes from 3 packers and movers, who were charging almost the same amount. I went with Vijaya Cargo Movers & Packers of India as he was the first one to contact me. Someone by the name Satpal Singh promised me that he will come on the fixed date with a Tata 407(a big enough vehicle for shifting my goods in one go). A day before the shifting date I got a call from Satpal saying Tata 407 is not available now, so I will be sending Tata Ace(a mini truck), which will do two rounds. Straightaway I refused to this arrangement as I would have been very difficult for me to keep a tab on two vehicles and the chances of losing any item was more in two trips. I was left with no option but to go for a local movers and packers who charged me a hefty amount.
