I have taken paid service from Justdial to provide me leads. But have requested to stop services and also to stop ECS debit from my account on 28th March 2014. But on 9th April 2014, the money got deducted from my account. I called up your people in Jaipur and they said, they can't stop services before one year. And ECS debit will happen for one year at least. Then they said it will take 90 days at least to stop ECS. Then they said it will take 30 days at least to stop ECS. And finally on 11th April 2014, I got email that ECS have been stopped. So its done finally. But amount of Rs 918 got deducted from my account even after requesting for ECS stop.
I need refund of this amount.
Your representative in Jaipur Mr Suchit Chaudhary is straight away refusing to refund. But I am not wrong. This is not my mistake. You guys have taken time to do the processing. So I need my money back.
