I chose Junglee as I thought they give a comparison of rates of the sellers known to be genuine. I had ordered a samsung note 3 neo from Flapmart advertised by Junglee on 19/2/15. The seller is not responding and Junglee has done nothing for me as a customer.
I found out that the seller was a fraud but I am surprised how come Junglee is not aware of it.When I gave a review on the seller to Junglee they have neither responded nor published the review. My aim was that other customers do not get duped by the same seller and these people did not bother at all. I tried my level best to talk to some executive in Junglee but they have no customer care number.
If this is the attitude of Junglee towards its customers then I think we do not require this site.
