I am using their service in indore from a long time and had a good experience with them.It is one of the cheapest source for travel within city via auto. They provide trained driver with real time tracking facility.
Last time I had usef the auto from Rajiv Gandhi Square to Geeta Nagar. The driver arrived at time. the journey was comfurting. The deatination arrived at time with accuracy. The overall experience was great. The only minus point here is that the driver is quite comfurtable with accepting jugnoo money, however he didn't denied to accept.
Rest is that I prefer to have jugnoo ride every time when I want to go with auto.
