I have been using Joister Broadband in Pune (Near Aditya Birla Hospital, Thergaon) for over 3 months. Initially was not sure about speed and service but their plans were very economical that too without capping!! And now I can see my experience is just amazing in terms of prices, speed and connectivity. Their operator here provides very good service.
Currently using 1 Mbps UL plan and Youtube runs without buffering. No that's real good!! I would say go for it if available in your premises.
