My connection(also for all other 5lacs users as told by customercare)is down since last one week. Many complaints done, nobody in the company knows how to to resolve it. Never seen any such bad service provider.
Even before this big issue, there is always a problem of frequent disconnection and slow un reliable speed. Even tried to contact the owner of this company nikunj on 098673 30339 but no response. Emailed him on nikunj@joister.net no response. So please stay away from these crooks
