It is a worst app. I tell you one my experince was that I recharged 402combo using jio Money app, the recharge failed yet my bank account was debited, its been a month since no refund complained to jio care on twitter in detail explaning the issue, all they ask is to provide them more time. A fixed reply. Fraud app, do not use this app to recharge.
Update: Got response from them today, they have recharged the number for ? again, instead of issuing the refund, they recharged for another month without my consent and misled me to recharge twice. You are nothing but a fraud app.
