I personally dislike this wallet for transaction as it is of no use. Very bad customer service also. Not applicable at most of stores which creates a deep trouble if you don't and try to pay with jio money wallet. Also withdraw of money to the bank account from wallet takes so much time. Not a rapid service they provide. Sometimes your wallet money will be deducted but not credited to your account instantly. You have to make it a complaint for your own money and they will say please sir wait for 48 hours your money will be credited within the said time. Your money is safe with us. What a ridiculous thing. They also don't provide offers and promos. I recommend users to go for the other wallet in case you wish to transact.
