Worst home delivery service by the store. Always there is delay in delivery and delivery partners they ask for delivery code even before delivering the order to customer when we deny to share the delivery code, saying I will share once I receive my order at my door step, they immediately cancel the order or show as returned by mentioning cx not available or denied to accept. Also customer care service is even more pathetic, when we report the issue on live order we are facing they tell us to wait for 72 hours. No proper follow up. No escalation team.
