It's worst customer care . I recharged with 303 rupees online from retailer bt does not received any confirmation masage or email . I called for customer support they asked me for transaction id , after getting transaction id I again dialed for customer support then he said to me to contact another retailer helpline number 1988 , after I called them they again said to me that they just do another services and I be to dial 199 . After calling 199 again he asked me for more information . I again contacted to retailer as after getting this information I called Jio customer care again they are saying to contact retailer helpline number . I just stuck between Jio customer care and the retailer . Just worst customer care , every time new customer care giving a new suggestion the retailer successfully recharged . bt jios technical system has a problem .
