I had ordered Pillsberry Chaki fresh aata 10 kgs an essential household product.
It was shown out for delivery with code , when called delivery person he told your order is cancelled , when next day called customer care they told delivery person called you, you didn't attend the call and your order is returned. I told to take complaint they say we can't take complaint as per our policy.
Worst and false people when they don't have product how it was out for delivery.
Just saving there image and blaming customer.
Also refund not initiated and they say you reorder.
Will never recommend Jio Mart.
