I would like to share my experience with Jio Fibre. In the month of May’22, two executive came to our Hosing society(Nayandeep CHS, Shanti Nagar, Mira Road) and sold us the Jio fibre plan stating that there is offer where instead of 6 months you get 8 months subscription and for every referral connection you get one month free. We purchased this plan and paid them Rs.4200/- and also referred one connection. So the executive had committed that 9 months connection is free, thereafter the bills will be charged. Now at the end of 6 months I’m getting a bill of Rs. 858/- and when I contacted the customer support, they are asking me to pay the bill and restore the connection. A company like Jio holding strong brand name has duped me of my money and cheated me. This was certainly shocking. How can companies and sales executives stoop so low to sell their plans to innocent consumers. The customer service team is pathetic as they have no solution to my problem except saying sorry.
