I am using jio fiber for around 2 years and the experience is great because the internet service as well the technical sevice is very good because there is no connection lost problem in jio fiber and if I lose my connection or the internet is not working it is only for few minutes in a month which is very good for users and also if I am having a trouble with my cable or something else the technical team will definitely help me out. So my overall experience is great
