I have ordered a diamond earings on jewelsouk.com on 09/11/2015 vide order no. UPMPWICHZ But after approx 1 month(07/12/2015) it has not despatched. I am rigorously following up with their customer care team but they are torturing me. First they told me after 25 days of order placement that your address is not servicable so please provide different address, can u imagine fraud practices like this.
When I told hime refund the amount if my address is not servicable then they told me that money can't be refunded. and till date they are giving wrong promises and I am waiting to some miracle to happen. Please BE ALERT! This is totally fraud company as they are giving wrong & misleading information on website. I got one previous order because I order it on COD, I found that They are provided fake certificates, on website they are showing certified from IGI(International Gemological Institute) but you will get from Independent Gemological Institute.
Not only that in the name of brand like D'damas, Gili, Asmi they are providing ordinary brand by saying it is sister concern of Gitanjali Jewellers. I would request customers to not go for jewelsouk.com, it might be your worst experience.
