To start with and to end it in short.. JetLite S*CKS.but since I am required to type atleast 150 words.. let me describe!
It carries legacy of Jet Airways of having air condition problem and to top it up they serve HOT Stale food which u would not wanna feed a stray dog either. Their ground staff speak Hinglish.. and find it too difficult to understand the flight is delayed and passengers are not even informed upto last minute and when one inquires at their counter, all they have to say is that the delay or schedule would be updated which I find too rude as a customer. Its just that I had no option but jetlite to travell from Mumbai - del- patna and return.... I guess no one wanted to travel this horrible humungus white elephant.
I dont wanna say much... just that I wud not want jetlite to be my last option to fly also. you may or may not like my review but this is something I have experienced.
