Recently had the pleasure of travelling Air Sahara(now Jetlite). The flight to Goa was delayed by 4 hours. It was supposed to take off at 12 noon. Left Delhi airport at 4 pm. The passengers were made to sit outside the aircraft on the runway for a good 1 hr since they did not want to take us back to the terminal building. The aircraft reportedly had a faulty air conditioner and had just arrived from Malaysia after refurbishment. The food had turned stale. The curd had turned sour. Very poor management of affairs.
The flight back from Goa was no great. The flight was scheduled to leave at 3 pm. Left only at 5.30 pm. There was no meal option. Only veg meals. The quality was pathetic with torn aluminium foils.
Overall a must avoid airline. Good only if you wish to travel sleeping on empty seats. Because of the pathetic service levels, it travels quite empty and you can always find an empty row of seats to sleep blissfully, if you don't mind the poor punctuality and poor food quality.
