Pls beware of Jet. Their customer service is awful.
I am a jet privilege gold card member. They cannot serve me. Can just imagine the plight of regular customer. I pray that lest anyone fall in their trap.
Had booked a ticket by redeeming jet privilege points to Chandigarh. They say that transaction was unsuccessful but points have been deducted. Have been following up continuously. Have written some 5 emails. No response.
Disgusting experience.
