I took Jet Airways from Delhi to New York via Brussels. Jet Airways flight timings were suitable for me and I had flown previously by Jet Airways several times on domestic route. So I didn't hesitate while booking my international flight through Jet Airways. The check-in process went smoothly but the most impressive part was the in-flight entertainment, seating, flight attendant service and food.
The USB ports and in-seat power supply for laptops was a plus. There is a scope for improvement though. Leg-room can be increased or else they can lower the air fares slightly. By doing so, they'll be able to attract more customers. The flight was on-time in Brussels too and we reached New York 15 mins before scheduled time. I was surprised to see that Jet Airways operates its own lounge at
Brussels airport. The lounge was very comfortable and they had drinks and snacks there. A very good journey. Highly recommend Jet Airways if it is operating on your desired travel route. However, if there isn't much price difference, I'll recommend Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific and Thai over Jet. But it is definitely better than British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, United and American Airlines. I often travel to the middle east also and will be looking forward to Jet Airways operating on Persian Gulf region routes.
