My experience with Jet airways has always been pleasant. Friendly staff, courteous and always smiling(i like it a lot). This is the airlines for internation travellers. I travelled once on Indian airlines, did not like it. One air hostess on indian airlines was just watching instead of helping passengers settle their luggages. She is just suggesting where to place the luggage. I am sure lot of people have major compaints against indian airlines... Anyway coming to Jet airways, most of the time they are on time. half an hour or so dealys, which we can bear. Food is great. If you are coming from outside india and you want to taste delicious food, this is the airlines.
The thing I dont like about this airlines is, if they see a white man/woman everyone of the crew tries to reach them help them out, typical desi behaviour. But I understand that. Other than that I prefer jet airways always.
