Beware of JetAirways Trick if they change schedule. Review on Jet Airways

I would like to tell one of the incident which happen to me last week. I booked an international flight form jet airways which included going Brussels from Lucknow to Delhi and then out of country.

While booking I had 2 options:

1. Overall journey duration: 17 Hours

2. Overall journey duration: 21 Hours(Cheaper than 14K as compared to above).

I opted out of option 1 paid extra 14k just to save time.

After 15 days of booking, I received a notification from jet airways that schedule is changed.

Guess what! The schedule was exactly same as what I did see for option too. I felt cheated as I had paid 14K more just for nothing.

I called the jet airways and asked to refund my money or give me the same flight. Luckily the customer care guy was knowledgeable and keen to help me. He gave another option of same travel time as I had booked.

Long story short:While booking tickets with jet airways remember flight duration and cost. You should not pay more if they change your schedule.
