I'm a frequent traveler in couple of sectors in India. This is the only airline I found always took -off on time. I've no complaints about them. Good aircraft, even the smaller ones are comfortable to travel in. They also give few additional offers etc at times.
Some others that I had to take are just horrible, never takes-off on time or even cancels frequently.
I think Jet is the most reliable one if you want to travel within India.
