Its been 6 month since I am working here. I must admit that this place offers one of the best learning opportunity and career growth. I have been learning a lot in my profile and across various other profiles as well.
The interview process was moderate-difficult and was quiet enjoyable. Started off with a telephonic round followed by face to face interview with manager and CEO respectively. They do not keep you hanging and let you know their decisions on the same day. If qualified, you get your desired salaries as well. However company do not offers lucrative benefits like free meals, good number of leaves and work from home opportunities. The increments also happen in a nominal amount and only once a year.
Job security comes under the threat when you are under performing, but that is the case with all private organizations. Isn't?
Being a profitable start-up, this organization offers you one of the industry best career growth opportunities. The young employees of this organization keeps the work-environment real cool. Be it games, local and international trips or office parties. name them and you have it.
CEO is gem of a person. Always up for professional as well as personal help. No doubt you will get a good dose of humiliation and scolding when not performing good, but that is all for your own good. overall whenever I look back to my experience here I get to see my graph rising at a speed of light.
