I worked for Snapdeal daughter company of Jasper ainfotech for about 2 years and I found out that the company doesn't have a fair generalized rating system. The rating given by various teams differs so much that it frustrates employees.
The average rating of my team was 3 out of 5 whereas other team use to get 4.8 easily. Now the cons of this was in appraisal which HR team had decided based on the rating like 9 percent for 4 and 15 for 5 rating.
Because of this unfair rating many team use to get very low appraisal while similar performing employees of other team was given a high appraisal.
