I got Jaquar bathroom and kitchen fittings but one problem or another started within a month or so. Service response was after 2-3 days; service person ill-mannered, unclean. I took amc for paid service (cleaning, descaling) @ rs 200/bathroom. Person came (outsourced) after 1 week of repeated calling, was not well trained and did a substandard job.
Once they sent a fellow who used a wrench so poorly that the water mixer was scratched and marked badly. We had a tough time getting the part replaced. Their AO Smith geysers are working well though.
