I had read and heard about this company alot so I had bought a complete set of jaguar bathroom fitting around 2 years ago. I wouldn't say every item was bad but I faced problems with most of them. On complaining, the service person used to come on time but they fixed the issue just for the temporary use Everytime. There was no permanent replacement or solution of the problem because of which I struggled alot. Lastly, when I strictly complained about the issue they said that I will have to buy the new part so that they can replace it. When I asked about the warranty, they completely denied and gave excuses that the warranty was not for the parts. I had to spend a lot to get things fixed.
