Ok to buy a flat, but check it. They have many sites. I mean multiple ventures, check in one of them and if u wish you can proceed. Better go for ready to possession. I think they improved now.
Before buying visit the flat and read terms carefully. Nothing more to say as they are one of oldest builders I think.
