I have shopped online a lot but I was not happy with the return policy. They always take a lot of time to refund your money. But after shopping with Jabong, I’m happy. I had good experience. I ordered a shirt but since it did not suit me I decided to return. They agent with whom I spoke on the phone was very helpful. I got my money refunded in 2 days.
