Jabong is an online store to buy anything online. On last month I ordered a pair of shoe and after ordering my order was recived to me after 6 days. The amount I payed for these shoe was 899 rupees. The product I received is not actual product that I seen on jabong website when I ordered. The size I ordered was 9 but recieved 8 respectively. So instantly I request for refund not return. Hence they approved my refund. But my money is not tranferred to my account. Then I contacted jabong again for refund. Again they sad it will take upto 10 days more. And after 10 days I recieved my money. So this is my very bad experience with jabong. And I stopped buying from them. Because product quality and customer service is not full of satisfied.
