This is my First Experience with Jabong.
I have ordered Shoes On 12 January 2017 and Shoes expected delivery time was 17 Jan 2017.
On 17 I WAITED whole day but my Parcel didn't deliver.next day I call to Customer care they told me that my Parcel is delayed and will be delivered 20 jan 2017 but yet again they didn't deliver it.
( And It was not cash on delivery I paid online )
After waiting Two more days I canceled the order.
I live in Dehradun and my other order Delivers to me between 2 to 4 .
Overall my experience with jabong is very bad but in one department they are very good and that is they returned my Money withing 48 hour.??
