I had purchased Nike Ctr360 Libretto III from Jabong a couple of weeks ago. The initial fit seemed to be fine but as I wore them and played for a few days, the left shoe started to hurt my ankle. I reported this to Jabong customer care, and going by their refund policy of "No questions asked", they actually did not ask me any questions. Note that as I had wore the pair of shoes, they were not really in brand new condition.
They fully understood my situation which was pleasantly surprising. Within a day the shoes were picked up, I was given a receipt, and refund was initiated. The same was credited to my bank account within a short span of time. I am extremely satisfied with their service.
