Message: Jabong Credits(gift card) return policy Unfair

1) If you use Jabong credits(Say 1000 INR)+ Credit Card payments.(4000 INR) for buying 3 products
2) If you Return 1 product(say value 1500 INR).
3) Jabong will return 1000 in Credit Card+ 500 Jabong Gift Credits and not 1500INR
4) Jabong says that I have to live with their unfair policy, as they believe "Jabong Gift credit is not that you have spent money to buy, they are gifted ":(=> They donot treat Jabong Gift credits as cash value.
Mockery: call there Customer support. Explain him the stuff. He will not understand. Ask him to escalate. He will tell you even he won't understand. & That's true.
