I recently visited jabong for shopping for my cousin's wedding.
Collection - Collection on the site was a mix of very good products to very bad products. Which made me doubt the good ones too. They should keep handpicked products only.
Interface - Website interface is not very user friendly. I did not find it easy to operate.
App - App occupies enough data but is still slow and lacks some features.
Customer support - Customer support is good.
Delivery - Delivery was a bit delayed which I did not like but thankfully reached before the wedding although it was not of my fit so I returned.
Returns - Returns are easy but refund takes a lot of time.
Packaging - Packaging is good and does not damage the product
But they can improve on their collection.
