I ordered a pair of brown Oxford shoes from one seller called shreyas retail. This was on 6 of June 2018 and was supposed to be dispatched by 8 of the same month. When they didn't dispatch it I contacted jabong and they asked for 5 days to resolve my issue. Then I called them and the same 5 days. Then came the worst part. When the 5 days and even the expected delivery date ran out, the seller without giving any good reason blatantly canceled my order and jabong let them do so.
I've a mont zermatt brown leather watch hanging with the same seller. Jabong is back again asking for 5 days. I haven't received my refund for the first order which the seller canceled. Buy from jabong if you really like to gamble.
