Jabong used to be the best one stop shopping destination for clothes, shoes, watches and other stuff before it was taken over by Flipkart. Pre 2014 Jabong used to be an absolute beast. After flipkart started showing interest in Jabong and finally acquiring it in 2016 Jabong has become a nightmare to shop from. Here is one of my recent experiences with Jabong. Bought a jack and jones jeans worth almost 2.5k. When it arrived I was disappointed as it didn’t look anything like it did in the photos of the product. I initiated return of the product almost instantly after it was delivered. It took them almost a week to respond and initiate the pick up. The pick up guy was rude and untrained and instantly rejected my return claim and said there were marks and stretches on it which actually were the design patterns. Took me another week to make them respond via email after which my return was approved. Overall very disappointing experience. Might be different for others but for me I strictly ignore buying clothes and stuff online now. Very low chance of complete satisfaction.
