I bought a dress material for Rs 1587 and after 4 days of placing the order I opened Jabong.com to check the status of my order and shocked to see my order got cancelled.
Called to customer care and asked why its been cancelled.They said since its out of stock it got cancelled.But the worst on their part is that I could see that 3 pieces of the same product is available still but with 4000/- cost.I called and asked them the same thing and told them not to play the price game.they gave so many non sense reasons and finally I understood that they are not at all loyal to the customers.I felt like cheated by them.
Asked them to refund the amount I paid for the dress. Need to see if they will really refund it or play some cheap tricks. I dont trust Jabong
See the pictures I attached. product cancelled and available.In one line, The offers may tempt you to buy a product in Jabong but there s no guarantee that u will get the product in your hand.I say, they are cheaters.
