I have redeemed by price points from my employer as Jabong Vochers. And this money is already paid to Jabong. Hence, I can assume this money is being paid well in advance to Jabong.
Today morning I received a msg on my phone that jabong is offering 32% discount with offer code as weekend32. And when I am using this code, I am not able to use gift vouchers.
When the money is already paid to Jabong why I am not able to use this offer. Are they telling me that they don't trust there gift vouchers and when I am paying money I am able to avail offer of 32% discount.
I called up customer care, the only response I got is its a company policy but he didn't give me any valid reason for this. A Big Bullshit.
