ixigo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I had booked a ticket for which they charged fare amount plus assured plus amount of Rs. 2000 for the booking, neither the booking got confirmed nor they are returning back the paid amount. They will simply refrain from helping you out for any rebookings/ changes which they guarantee through their assured offers. All the offers are fraudulent and they will nor refund or provide any other service for the money paid by you. Simply a platform to eat customers money without providing any service. Worst experience, should get blacklisted for such fraudulent activities.
