I got this item in April 2003. And i'm happy that I bought it. The sound quality is really very good. Even though the brand is not so famous like sony or panasonic, but similar products cost much more than this one. It comes with remote which supports mp3 ID tags, the software can be updated with new relases which can be obtained from company site. The packet comes with case, 2 rechargeable batteries, adapter, AA cell case which can be used instead of the rechargeable batteries. It is really very slim about 2-3 cms thick mainly because of the batteries used. Browsing through the folders in the disc specially for mp3 disc is really very easy. one can also have a 10 sec intro of each song. This feature is not present in many discmans. only cons I think of is the rchargeable battery not very easily available and it does not have a display on the discman but who cares....i don't want to see display but to hear the songs......also it would have been terrific if it had a slightly rigid body. But inspite of all this it is a terrific buy.
