I am suggesting you, please don't get into IRIS Software. No security for employees... Lot of fraud at higher management... No planning but they need high profits... Use and throw policy
You can not get your salary on time. There is no management, no culture, working like just a LALA KI DUKAAN.
No employee welfare. Only 18 Earned leaves, no casual leaves, no sick leaves. Believed in hire and fire.
All work solely depend on small projects. When projects get completed you can asked for change the company.
No new technology used. Biased by old employees.
No job security.
IRIS Software, worst company in Delhi Area.
Due to some internal management issues, IRIS Software is liquidated into a limited liability partnership firm called IRIS Compsoft.
For the project they can offer you best CTC in NCR region, but as soon as project completed. Very old infrastructure, you can get a power failure means in a Software Company, entire power can break down. I faced so many times, when all the system turned off during power cut for two hours.
You can see a dumping ground, slums and some unexpected animals near the office. Worst location.
I will suggest, if you want to make your career in a high risk. Then go for IRIS Software.
