Being into tie up with railways and as a big network irctc failed to provide good service.So many times i've got headache with this site.every time it gives a variety of errors like'communication problem', 'unable to retrive train list', 'no matching trains found'etc.more over ther is no alternate site to book rail tickets IRCTC is having fun and pleasure as the passengers are getting mad by sitting before computers to book tickets.
People of india will suggest that railways should thrash this site and even from railway stations to avoid serving people.even a person get tickets via this site and goes by train still this passenger will get IRCTC coffee or tea with love, but less milk and more water.
As a strongly growing nation any indian organisation should not encourage this type of vendor/contractors.
