Hello today I faced a very natural problem of irctc website and decided to write review on it. This problem is none other than TATKAL BOOKING SERVICE of this website. I think the person who manages this page is a nonsense and thinks public is fool. They are selling all their tatkal tickets to the agents and guess we get what 'the waiting list'. Today on booking tatkal on irctc from New Delhi to Samastipur I filled all necessory detail within 5-6seconds and the website did not loaded the last thing that is Captcha. They tried to show me that my internet is slow but its not the reason behind this. I am pretty sure these people take bribe to do that from agents. I guess if I had another option of private railways I will never use their website also their train.
