This web site has been developed by a Government Department. This is maintained highly professional. I have been using it since 1999, there is huge development in this site. The ticketing booking is very easy now. cancellation facility is excellent. There is a possibility to improve this site giving facilities like type of food you want, seating arrangement chart etc. I wish the tourism packages may also be allowed to book online.(though I never tried for it)
