Since it is launched I am regular user of IRCTC.com . Service is excellent. I never got a problem in booking or refund.
Only problem of this sit eis , it is very slow during day hours. Majority of times it will time out during day hours booking. So I prefer to book the tickets after 8pm.If the web servers are upgraded based on demand, it will be a excellent site and uncomparable with any other travel sites.
I never booked their tour packages . Hope those are also good. I will try and update the same.More tailor made packeges will promote the topurism in India if they provide better service.Duplicate of above to make it 150 words:
