Recently I have noticed that IRCTC is deliberately forcing users to book tickets thru Private gateways like PayTM etc.
usually I book my tickets using my debit card directly thru my bank's interface at IRCTC site. In recent past they have removed/ hidden that payment thru DEBIT card. Even my bank(SBI) is not appearing in preferred bank's list . you have to opt to pay thru some private gateway by paying extra.
I have registered my complaint with IRCTC. If anybody is using IRCTC services and paying thru DEBIT card; must be careful and highlight this unethical practice adopted by IRCTC.
