We have only one website where we can book our railway ticket which I found non user friendly. One finds it difficult to book the ticket understand the train schedule and find the train number. For booking the ticket I have to get the train number once I get the train number again I have to start from the scratch from the start for the booking of the tickets which is very difficult.
Even there is minor bug in the website where sometimes I fail to login into it even after providing the proper login credintials.
Process for cancelling the tickets is more difficult as we have to give all the details and even the website is very slow due to which payment process is very slow and after getting the ticket it converts to pdf where we dont have the option of saving it on the desktop directly we have to take print for it.
Even the app dosnt have the option for booking of the tickets. Really have to work on the website and make it user friendly.
