I am using this IRCTC Rail connect since I bought my new smartphone.The app is build for booking rail ticket easily and fast.But the app is full of bugs and glitches.If you are new user siging up to this app then you have to fill a very large form.The app also reqiure login everytime when you try to browse app or book ticket.The design or user interface of the app is also not very polished.It is very much confusing.The app only allows you to book ticket .Not to track the running status of the train.If you want to book a tatkal ticket then you cannot do the booking from this app beacuse it lags when very heavy user traffic come to the site.The app is not very useful.
