I have made my IRCTC account in 2012 and using this app since 2016. So it's almost 2 years now. From the day of installing this app I have booked approx 17 tickets non of them were TATKAL tickets. This is because it too difficult to get a confirm tatkal ticket on thus app. I think this is done by railway staff and travel agents together by making the server jam. This is one of the two things which I want to complain about. Other thing is one day when I made a refund request due to delayed train they told me that train is not delayed that much which is completely false. And no refund were provided. That's why I am not in favor of using this app but the facility of getting of a train ticket without going to railway station is stopping me to do that. One more facility that should be added is to book unreserved ticket from this app.
