I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this website after I realized that I have not received three of my ticket refunds even after 2 and half months.
I had booked three tickets from mumbai to nagpur and nagpur to mumbai which I had to cancel due to plan change. I got a notification after a week that the amounts were refunded. But , it has been 2.5 months now and I am still waiting for the amount to get refunded.
I have sent many mails and called up many times, but I havent received my refunds yet. I plan to write to The railway minister now. It was the worst experience ever . Did not expect this from a government service !
Totally disappointed !
