Customer support showed strong response times across multiple channels. While live AI chat bot was immediate, its replies were l;il common and basic without much details. Anyway, reaching out to live support through creating a ticket was fine, email replies took nearly 30 min to 1 hour, the quality of answers made the wait acceptable. They've got my points.
